Mississippi Agricultural Industry Council Meeting July 26-30, 2011

The 2011 Mississippi Agricultural Industry Council and Mississippi Seedsmen’s Association convention will be held again at beautiful Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama, on July 26-July 30, 2011

The Registration Packet is enclosed and can also be found on the MAIC web site, MAICMS.org. To Pre-register complete the Registration  Form and mail in with your check or you can fax the form along with your credit card information required at the bottom of the registration form  Pre-registering is a tremendous help when trying to plan accurate hotel and food arrangements.  Remember, we accept Visa, M/C & American Express. 

 For the Perdido Beach Resort Reservations, call 800-634-8001 or go on line to  register at perdidobeachresort.com using Group Code7052.   Rates are $203 per night.  The hotel will accept all major credit cards and will hold our block of rooms until June 23^rd .  After that date, please call me at 662-325-7760 to see if we have some cancellations.  If you are canceling your room, please do not call the hotel; call me to cancel your room. As you know the summer season pressure on hotel rooms can cause accommodations to be extremely hard to find or nonexistent at convention time.  We need your help by staying at the Perdido Beach Resort.  MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL.
