Plant Back Restriction on Transform (Sulfoxaflor) Now 60 Days

The Environmental Protection Agency has now amended the Section 18 plant back restriction for Transform insecticide by Dow to 60 days instead of 360 days. Previously under the existing Section 18, producers that used Transform during the 2012 season were required to plant back only to cotton in 2013 unless Dow received the full Section 3 label.  This is good news for producers that may decide to grow another crop other than cotton in 2013.  For more details see the attached memo from the EPA to the Bureau of Plant Industry.
