2013 Scout Schools Set

The 2013 Scout School dates have been set. The first will be June 4th from 9:00 a.m -12:00 p.m. at the Delta Research and Extension Center in the auditorium of the main building. The last one will be on the main campus of Mississippi State University in the Clay Lyle Entomology Building conference room on June 5th from 1:00 p.m – 4:00 p.m.

Both scout schools will provide information on thresholds, biology, sampling, and management of the most common insect pests of Cotton, Soybean, and Corn. Also, we will have Dr. Tom Allen provide training on disease identification in Cotton, Soybean, and Corn.

Both scout schools are free of charge and open to anyone.

*Entomology Consultant License can be renewed at either of these meetings

    how do we sign up? There will be several interns at Sanders that will be attending to the course in Leland.
