2012 Southern U.S. Insecticide Performance Survey

University Research and Extension Entomologists from across the southern U.S. participated in a survey where they rated the performance of insecticides against various insect pests of cotton, soybean, and field corn.  The participants rated the performance of insecticides on a scale of 0 to 5 based on recent results from replicated field trials.  The links below will direct you to each of the surveys.  They are also saved on the Trial Data page as pdf’s that can be saved.  Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need additional information.

The ratings are:

0 = No Control

1 = Poor Control

2 = Marginal Control

3 = Fair Control

4 = Good Control

5 = Excellent Control

Important Notes:

1) Some of the insecticides/traits listed are not labeled at this time.  Check the label before use of any insecticide!

2) These charts are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an edorsement.

3) These charts can be saved and used for presentations.
